Broadband and Bolt ons standard tariffs
These are our maximum listed prices for our consumer products.
The price you pay for your product might be less than the maximum listed price if you were eligible for a discount at point of purchase. Details of your discount will be provided in your order confirmation.
On 1 st December each year (starting in 2025) the monthly rental price listed above will increase by:
- £2.50 for packages for under 250Mbps download speed
- £3 for packages with a download speed over 249Mbps
For example- Your monthly price is £29 (including your promotional offer), increasing to £31.50 on 1 December 2025 and to £34.00 1 December 2026
Once your minimum period ends your monthly rental price will increase by £5 compared to the previous month. You may choose an additional minimum term period to avoid this increase.

- £3 for packages with a download speed over 249Mbps
- £1.00 for all Call plan+/VOIP packages
- £0.50 for Wi-Fi Extenders and Balanced broadband
Early Termination charges
An early termination fee applies if you cancel your service before the end of your minimum contract period. Usually, the minimum contract period is 12 or 24 months from the date you started your service.
For example, if your minimum contract period is 24 months, you can only cancel without paying a fee after 24 months, (as long as you give us 30 days’ notice please).
The early termination charge is calculated using the remaining months of the contract, Fibre/Fibre bolt ons monthly cost (including any promotional offers and minus the cost of GoFibre not providing the service.
Example:
8 months remaining of contract
Monthly Fibre cost- £29 (which includes a promotional discount)
Nonservice saving- £5 per month
8 x £29= £232
Minus
8 x £5= £40
