GoFibre crowned marketing award winners

Scottish independent broadband provider, GoFibre has been recognised at the Marketing Society Scotland Star Awards 2023.

The awards ceremony in Glasgow saw the Marketing team, alongside its agency partners, hit the hat trick, scooping up:

• Digging an ultra-local broadband positioning for GoFibre – Brand Development – Gold
• Digging an ultra-local brand positioning for GoFibre – Integrated Marketing – Gold
• Inspirational Marketing Leader of the Year – Sam Calvert

Meanwhile, the UK Fibre Awards in London recognised the GoFibre team with a ‘Highly Commended’ for Best Marketing Campaign.

Sam Calvert, GoFibre’s Chief Revenue Officer, said: “Thank you to everyone involved as these awards are truly a team effort. In what is a crowded, and at times confusing, alt-net market, we felt it was important to build a brand that was simple, relatable and especially memorable in the form of our mascot, Digby.
