What is the GoFibre switching scheme?
To make your switch easier, we're offering a switching credit of up to £200 which you can put towards any pesky cancellation charges from your current provider. It's dead simple; slide the toggle to let us know you'd like to use the switching credit option and once you've placed your order send us:
How do I claim Switching Credit?
It's really simple, once you've ordered your GoFibre package, email us with the following:
- Your name and address;
- Your GoFibre account number;
- A copy of the final bill from your previous provider showing the early termination charges; and
- Confirmation that the early termination charges have been paid – this could be a copy of a bank or credit card statement showing the relevant payment. (You can redact all other info)
- We want it to be as seamless as possible with no WiFi downtime so don't cancel your current contract until we're full up and running and you're enjoying full fibre bliss!
