How do I secure my funding?
Securing your free installation is super straightforward. Once you’ve placed your order for GoFibre’s service, we’ll apply for your voucher funding. From there, we’ll need your help with the following steps:
- You’ll receive an email from the gigabit.vouchers@notifications.service.gov.uk confirming your order with GoFibre.
- This email will include a link which you’ll need to follow to confirm your contact details and approval for GoFibre to secure your voucher subsidy.
- Once you’re connected with GoFibre’s service, you’ll receive another email from gigabit.vouchers@notifications.service.gov.uk asking you to confirm you’re installed and satisfied with your connection.
