It allows you to switch to GoFibre without having to contact your previous provider to cancel your service. We take care of the cancellation on your behalf, coordinating with your current provider and ensuring an easy transition with less stress and fewer steps involved.

Furthermore, your new provider will ensure that your old service remains active until the new one is fully set up, guaranteeing that you won’t experience any disruption during the switch.

What do I need to do?

In the final step of the checkout process, select the One Touch Switching option. Once you have placed your order, we will then be in touch with you to arrange your installation within 24 hours.

We'll tell your provider you're leaving so you don't have to. You just need to give us a few details and we'll handle the rest.

Confirm the switch
Your old provider will send end-of-contract details, including your final date and any outstanding fees. If you authorize to proceed with the switch.
