GoFibre One Month Free offer terms

  1. The One Month Free offer only applies to new GoFibre customers placing orders for a residential package up to and including 21.06.26. You qualify as a new customer if at least 6 months have passed since services at the relevant property—previously received by you or any member of your household—were disconnected.
  2. The One Month Free offer is available to all new customers who sign up to one of our GoFibre 150, 300, 500 or 1000 Mbps 24-month during the offer period. The value of one billing month will be automatically removed from your invoice.
  3. All offers are subject to the Residential Customer Terms here.
  4. A price increase is applied to all broadband packages in December of each year. The amount the package will increase is shown on our website here.
  5. After the 24-month Minimum Term, the price will increase for month 25 onwards by £5 per month. We will contact you towards the end of your Minimum Term to confirm the price and offer you a range of offers available to you at that time, which may be conditional on your agreement to enter a new Minimum Term.
  6. All prices include VAT where applicable.
  7. All our broadband packages include free standard installation. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, a quoted installation charge for non-standard installation will apply. For further information on installations see here.
  8. The headline speed of the service is described in our product descriptions on our website (eg ‘Go150 headline speed upload speed is 150mbps and download speed is 30 mbps). We commit to a normally Available Download and Upload speed (available during the ‘Busy Hours’ of 8–10 pm) which is 90% of the Headline download or upload speed.
  9. Speed must be measured using a device capable of supporting the relevant speed which is hard wired to the CPE via ethernet cable which is Cat5e or better. Speeds actually achieved on individual devices may vary due to peak time congestion, home wiring, Wi Fi conditions, device capability, or external factors.
  10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
