    Very friendly, helpful, and quick service, from assisting me in choosing my package and giving me time to think it over, to getting it installed just about 2 days later. The engineer who installed it was friendly and accommodating with where I wanted the box to go. Their teams were also able to answer any questions I had promptly and informatively. The speeds I'm getting now are amazing, and I have no more Wi-Fi black spots in the house. I also just received an email about upcoming work in my area next week, in case of any drops in speed or lag, so I won’t be calling the company angrily saying it's not working. Overall, an excellent team throughout the process with reasonable price plans. I would highly recommend switching to GoFibre.

    Smooth installation, better internet, no lagging or slow speeds. A helpful company that you can contact easily, with friendly customer service ready to assist with any issue. They provide connectors in case your internet drops in different rooms. Best of all, happy kids! I regret not switching to GoFibre sooner.     James explained things really well when he came to the house. This was quickly followed by a survey and a very neat installation by Tommy. Unfortunately there was a local outing the following evening but the messaging and customer service from GoFibre was excellent. Calls to customer service with questions re VOIP phone and billing were quickly answered.

    Installation team both outside and inside the property were very polite and considerate to myself and my neighbour (as they had to dig up his garden) and left no trace they’d been there.     Service so far is absolutely solid, I went for the Gigabit service, and every test I do gets me up to the promised speeds. Everything loads quickly, all the cat videos I could possibly ever want to watch on youtube in glorious ultra HD, load without a hiccup. Super service, if you are on the fence at-all, don't be, you wont get service levels like this from most of the big companies, GoFibre went the extra mile for me, you can bet they'll be able to get you what you need as well.

What is ‘full fibre’ and why do we need it?

Full fibre, also known as FTTP (Fibre to the Premise), involves fibre optic cables running directly to your property; meaning you get an ultra-stable, uninterrupted connection which allows you to connect up to 100 devices, without a single glitch. Many people still rely upon a FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) connection which is when full fibre cable reaches a green cabinet on your street, but then a copper wire carries the signal the rest of the way. This setup slows down speeds and leads to signal dropouts as it was never designed to carry the amount of data we work with today.

How to switch from your current broadband provider to GoFibre?

Switching to GoFibre is super simple! All you need to do is place an order with us and during the booking process, select the One Touch Switching option. This is a free service where we handle the cancellation with your current provider, no need to contact them yourself. If you're still under contract, we'll also cover your cancellation fees up to £200. Just select the Switching Credit option during the booking process.

Here is a step-by-step guide to changing to GoFibre:

  • Check your postcode to see if we’re available in your area using our postcode checker.
  • Choose your full fibre package and select the switching credit option if you’d like us to cover your cancellation fees.
  • Choose any extras you’d like to add to your package.
  • In the final step, check your details and select One Touch Switching if you want us to manage the switch with your current provider. Then confirm your order.

After that, you’ll receive an email confirmation. And from there, we’ll take care of the rest, including managing your switch, it's that easy!
