How to get GoFibre business broadband?

Getting connected with GoFibre is simple:

  1. Check availability: Use our postcode checker to see if GoFibre is available in your area. We’re rapidly expanding across Scotland and northern England, so even if we’re not there yet, we might be soon.
  2. Give us a call: If we’re available at your location, just give our friendly, UK-based team a call to book your order. We’ll walk you through the options, answer any questions, and help you choose the right package for your business.
  3. We handle the rest: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll arrange installation and aim to get you connected within 14 days, hassle-free.

When you place your order over the phone, let us know you’d like to opt in for Switching Credit.

Next, we’ll ask you to email the following documents to switching@gofibre.co.uk:

  • Your full name and address
  • Your GoFibre account number
  • A copy of the final bill from your previous provider showing the early termination charges
  • Proof of payment for the early termination charges (a bank or credit card statement showing the payment is fine)

Once we’ve processed your claim, we’ll apply your Switching Credit to your GoFibre account, reducing your monthly payments for your full fibre plan or any add-ons until the credit is fully used.

Need a business phone service? With GoFibre, you can easily add Call Plan+ to your package and enjoy unlimited anytime calls to UK phone services and mobiles. You can also keep your current number for free.

Call Plan+ is our voice service that lets your business make and receive calls over your GoFibre broadband connection, using VoIP. It works just like a traditional phone service but with clearer call quality, and unlimited calls to UK mobiles and phone services, all for just £13.62 per month (incl. VAT).

When placing your order, simply let us know you'd like to add a phone service.

What is a static IP, and do I need one?
