We’ve created our full fibre broadband packages to fit every need, offering speeds that cover all your household requirements. Whether you’re browsing, streaming, or working from home, we’ve got the right package for you! Here’s a comparison of our full fibre speeds:
- 150MB: This is perfect for basic online activities like browsing the web, checking emails, and streaming videos in standard quality. It offers 150Mbps speed during busy times when most people are online, and 30Mbps upload speed for activities like uploading photos or videos to the web.
- 300MB: Great for larger households or individuals who stream HD movies or play games online. You'll get 300Mbps speed during busy times and 30Mbps upload speed, meaning you can upload your photos or videos faster and enjoy HD content without buffering.
- 500MB: Ideal for homes with multiple users, especially if you want fast, seamless streaming in 4K, gaming, or large downloads. With 500Mbps speed during peak times, you'll experience ultra-fast internet, and 50Mbps upload speed ensures quicker file sharing or uploading.
- 1000MB: This is our fastest option, offering speeds of up to 1000Mbps during peak times, which is perfect for heavy users, large families, or anyone working from home who needs reliable, high-speed internet. With this package you get 100Mbps upload speed.
Rural broadband voucher scheme
At GoFibre, we're all about bringing fast, reliable, full-fibre broadband to the areas that need it most. Thanks to the R100 Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme, the Scottish Government can help cover the cost of getting you connected. If you’re eligible, the voucher will help pay for the installation of high-speed broadband at your property — even if you’re in an area where other providers can’t reach.
It’s super easy! All you need to do is place an order with us — you can do that through our website or by giving our friendly Customer Service team a call. Once you're all set up, we’ll take care of applying for the voucher on your behalf. No paperwork, no hassle!
So, who qualifies? If your property doesn’t have access to broadband speeds of at least 30Mbps and there are no plans to improve broadband in your area, you’re good to go! Oh, and if you’ve already received a voucher from someone else, you won’t be eligible for another one. But don’t worry — we’ll help you figure it all out.

Alternatives to rural full fibre broadband
At GoFibre, we are working hard and fast to bring full fibre broadband to more rural areas. Currently, we offer full fibre in parts of Aberdeenshire, Angus, East Lothian, Fife, the Scottish Borders, as well as in Northumberland and Teesdale in North England. While we continue to build the infrastructure that will expand our coverage to even more hard-to-reach areas across rural Scotland and North England, we also offer a great alternative in the form of our rural wireless broadband.
How does wireless broadband work?
Our wireless broadband uses clever technology to beam a Wi-Fi signal straight to your home, meaning no need for cables or digging. The signal is transmitted via a radio signal from nearby poles directly to your property, giving you reliable internet access.
For £51 per month over 24 months (including VAT), our rural wireless broadband package provides a guaranteed download speed of 30Mb and an estimated upload speed of 10Mb.

What to expect during your installation
At GoFibre, we’re all about getting you ultra-fast, ultra-reliable full fibre broadband in just 14 days! When it’s time to install, one of our engineers will pop by to get everything set up. Just make sure an adult (18 or over) is at home to give us access.
Since we run our own full fibre network, we might need to drill a tiny 10mm hole to bring the fibre into your property—nothing to worry about. For most homes, it’s super-simple, though we’ll let you know if any extra work is needed. Once we’re done, you’ll have lightning-fast internet—streaming, gaming, or working without a hitch.
