Which package is right for me?
How to switch from your current broadband provider to GoFibre?
Switching to GoFibre is super simple! All you need to do is place an order with us and during the booking process, select the One Touch Switching option. This is a free service where we handle the cancellation with your current provider—no need to contact them yourself. If you're still under contract, we'll also cover your cancellation fees up to £200. Just select the Switching Credit option during the booking process.
Here is a step-by-step guide to changing to GoFibre:
- Check your postcode to see if we’re available in your area using our postcode checker.
- Choose your full fibre package and select the switching credit option if you’d like us to cover your cancellation fees.
- Choose any extras you’d like to add to your package.
- In the final step, check your details and select One Touch Switching if you want us to manage the switch with your current provider. Then confirm your order.
After that, you’ll receive an email confirmation. And from there, we’ll take care of the rest, including managing your switch—it's that easy!

SPRING SALE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Who is eligible for the Spring Sale (the "Offer")?
1. This Offer is only available to new residential customers of GoFibre who take out a full fibre broadband package on a minimum 24-month term.
2. This Offer is not eligible for residential customers in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Cardenden, Galashiels, Melrose, Prestonpans and Stonehaven.
3. This Offer is not available to any employees or other personnel of GoFibre or any group company of GoFibre or to anyone closely connected with employees or personnel of GoFibre or any group company of GoFibre (including family members such as parents, siblings, spouse and life partners).
When is the Offer available?
4. Offer Period: 09.00 BST on the 29th March 2024 to 23:59 BST on the 12th April 2024 inclusive.
What is included in the Offer?
5. Eligible customers who are resident and whose premises are capable of being connected and can be served by GoFibre’s network can apply to receive up to 25% on GoFibre’s core 24-month package prices (excluding the 300Mbps package) and a £50 Amazon Gift Card.
6. The offer prices are as follows:
100Mbps - £29.50 per month + £50 Amazon voucher
300Mbps – £45.00 per month + £50 Amazon voucher
500Mbps - £39.20 per month + £50 Amazon voucher
Max - £51.75 per month + £50 Amazon voucher
How can I redeem the Offer?
7. To redeem this Offer, an order for a full fibre broadband package on a minimum 24-month term must be placed and confirmed by GoFibre by the end of 12th April 2024 and the new service must be installed at the residential address of the new customer by 31st May 2024.
8. If the order is not installed by 31st May 2024, then, other than where such failure is the result of a delay caused by GoFibre, the Offer will be deemed to have expired and GoFibre's standard pricing will apply.
When will I receive my Amazon Gift Card?
9. The Amazon Gift Card will be supplied in digital format between 15 and 22 days after the installation has taken place and will be sent to the main email address supplied by the customer.
What happens if Amazon Gift Cards are no longer available?
10. If for any reason GoFibre are unable to provide an Amazon Gift Card to any customer who is eligible to receive one, GoFibre will substitute another gift for it of equal or higher value.
Other terms applicable to the Offer
11. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
12. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are determined by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions.
13. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
14. Any customer who participates in this Offer will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. In addition, each such customer shall be bound by our Residential Customers General Terms and Conditions (available at https://gofibre.co.uk/policies/).
