Existing and New customer rewards will be applied/sent after the new customer completes the cooling off period. This will be between 14-28 days after activation.
Only available to new customers taking a Fibre product- not available to wireless new customers.
Only customers who have received the specific Refer a Neighbour email can receive the Refer a Neighbour reward. This is currently in trial.
If an existing customer has multiple referrals. The value of credit or voucher will be added/issued 14-28 days after each referral. Email confirmation will be supplied to confirm each one.
Applicable with existing Fibre product offers at the time of ordering.
