How to switch from your current broadband provider to GoFibre?
Switching to GoFibre is super simple! All you need to do is place an order with us and during the booking process, select the One Touch Switching option. This is a free service where we handle the cancellation with your current provider—no need to contact them yourself. If you're still under contract, we'll also cover your cancellation fees up to £200. Just select the Switching Credit option during the booking process.
Here is a step-by-step guide to changing to GoFibre:
- Check your postcode to see if we’re available in your area using our postcode checker.
- Choose your full fibre package and select the switching credit option if you’d like us to cover your cancellation fees.
- Choose any extras you’d like to add to your package.
- In the final step, check your details and select One Touch Switching if you want us to manage the switch with your current provider. Then confirm your order.
After that, you’ll receive an email confirmation. And from there, we’ll take care of the rest, including managing your switch—it's that easy!

TWO YEARS’ FREE FULL FIBRE BROADBAND - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding anyone professionally connected with this Promotion (including family members such as parents, siblings, spouse and life partners).
- Promotion Period:
This Promotion runs from 1st to 31st October 2024 - To Enter: simply sign up to a 24-month package with GoFibre via the website, www.gofibre.co.uk and be automatically entered into the next monthly draw.
- Maximum of one entry per household during the Promotion Period.
- The prize is two years’ free full fibre broadband on the selected 24 month package of your choice.
- Winner Selection: one winner will be randomly selected from all entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be done independently within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by the email address provided on entry within 7 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including where there is infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
- The Promoter and any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.
- The Promoter may request that the winner participate in reasonable publicity related to this Promotion.
- If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
- By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
